There made by using old magazines which most people have in their homes and old empty containers like ice cream tubs, shoe boxes or sweet tins.
Fast and simple to make they look beautiful on a table as a center, just remember there not water proof so if you want to use your vase to hold fresh-cut flowers you’ll have to cover a glass jar or container with the paper tubes.
